The Fabric
What is ELS Pima Cotton and why does it matter?
ELS stands for Extra Long Staple. Pima Cotton fibers are 2–3x longer than standard cotton. Longer fibers mean a tighter weave, a naturally silky hand feel, and color that holds its depth wash after wash. It doesn't pill. It doesn't fade. It gets better with every wash.
It's the same grade used in luxury fashion and high-end bedding. Most brands don't use it because it costs more. We use it because it's the only cotton worth building a brand on.
Will it shrink?
No. Every Regno tee is pre-shrunk before it ships. What you order is what you get. Wash after wash, the fit stays true.
Will the graphic fade or crack?
Not the way standard tee graphics do. ELS Pima Cotton holds dye and ink at the fiber level, which is why the color stays vivid and the graphic stays sharp even after years of washing. Wash inside out on cold to keep it looking its best even longer.
Is it really hypoallergenic?
Yes. ELS Pima Cotton is naturally hypoallergenic. No synthetic blends, no harsh chemical treatments. If you have sensitive skin or react to standard tees, this is the fabric that fixes that.
Fit and Sizing
Does it run true to size?
Yes. Regno tees are pre-shrunk and sized to fit true. Check our size guide for exact measurements. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit or stay true for a clean, structured look.
What if it doesn't fit?
Return it. Free. No questions asked. We offer free U.S. returns within 30 days. The item must be unworn, without marks or stains, and returned in original packaging with tags attached. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process your full refund.
The First Wear Promise
What is the First Wear Promise?
Put it on. Then pick up any other tee in your drawer. The difference is immediate, or send it back, free. We're that confident. ELS Pima Cotton either wins on contact or it doesn't. We think it will. Every time.
What counts as a valid return under the First Wear Promise?
One wear. That's the test. If after wearing it once you don't think it's the softest tee you own, we'll take it back. The tee must be clean and undamaged. Contact us and we'll send a prepaid label same day.
Limited Runs
Will a sold-out design come back?
No. Every Regno design is produced in a single limited run. When it sells out, it's retired permanently. No reprints, no restocks, no exceptions. This is intentional. It's what makes each piece collectible.
How do I get notified about new drops?
Subscribe to the newsletter. New drops are announced to subscribers first, before anything goes live on the site. If you're not on the list, you're last in line.
Why are the runs limited?
Because mass production is the enemy of quality. Small batches mean we control every step: the fabric sourcing, the print quality, the stitching. It also means what you're wearing isn't what everyone else is wearing. That's the point.

How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Free shipping on all U.S. continental orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. International orders are not eligible for free returns.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Why does Regno cost more than a regular graphic tee?
Because it isn't a regular graphic tee. The average graphic tee is made from standard cotton, printed with cheap ink, and mass-produced by the thousands. It fades in six months and pills in three. Where are Regno tees designed?
Designed in New York City. Each graphic is conceived and developed in-house, named, and treated as a standalone piece before it ever goes to print.
