CHECK ORDER STATUS
All orders have an average processing time of 1-2 business days. Due to high order volume, orders may take 2 to 3 additional days to process. Please note that we do not process orders or deliveries on weekends or holidays.

Keep in mind shipping delays may occur as such conditions as severe weather. Service interruptions may affect parcel traffic.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS

You will receive your order anywhere from 3-5 business days from the date it is shipped out for US Orders; we process all orders within one business day. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes, and US Territories will be shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipping information email that will have your tracking info.

Orders placed for expedited service before 1:00 PM EST will ship out the same day and will arrive in 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends.)

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We offer free returns on Continental U.S. orders. For International returns, the buyer is required to pay for return shipping. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with all packaging materials and tags.

- Final Sale Items

To complete your return, please send us an email to customerservice@regnocompany.com. Please include your order# and why you are returning your item.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@regnocompany.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at orders@regnocompany.com and send your item to The Regno Company LLC, 1585 Central Park Ave, #154, YONKERS NY 10710, United States.

GIFTS
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING
We will send you via email a return shipping label.  Please print it and ship your product to us.  

We offer free returns on Continental U.S. orders. For International returns, the buyer is required to pay for return shipping. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
